a new, new start

sometimes it's good to take a weekday trip up to the lake with your brother and sisters. it's too bad that the opportunity to get all of us together will only happen once in a long while.

(so much has happened since the last time i posted anything on this li'l thing that it's hard to know where to start.)

my brother married an awesome lady, so now i have a great sister-in-law. she's so great that the moniker "sister-in-law" doesn't really seem to fit.

my big sis was in town for about a week and it really didn't seem long enough. too much wedding and hoopla to just hang out and do the little things. this just means that i'll have to make another trip over to see her.

so. here's to weekday trips up to the lake.
